In small or large groups, Ms. Lewis helps staff, administrators, community partners and stakeholders analyze strengths, understand weaknesses, reflect on priorities and establish goals for improvement. Individuals leave the workshops with a clearer, more inspired sense of self, as well as a stronger commitment to a common agenda or greater good. Her inclusive strategies engage diverse participants and produce meaningful outcomes. Workshop agendas are constructed according to the specific concerns and needs of the client. Targets typically include:
- Developing strategies to provoke engagement and maximize outcomes
- Initiating department and/or program diagnostics
- Targeting systemic change in program design; prioritizing programs and initiatives
- Defining effective teaching, environmental literacy and/or citizen science
